OVERVIEW OF ETHNIC CULTURE

According to the 2011 National Household Survey, there are nearly 70,000 Mexican immigrants living in Canada. They are part of the larger category of Latin Americans, for which the population in Canada in 2011 was 381,280, making Latin Americans the fifth largest group of immigrants in Canada. Particularly for those living in Lethbridge area, many of the people working at local feedlots are from Mexico. So how does Mexican culture compare with Canadian culture? What does Mexico look like according to Hofstede’s value dimensions?
